Product Description
The HAKKO 394 is a battery-powered suction pickup with a built-in vacuum pump, manufactured from ESD-safe materials. The unit is designed for spot picking using interchangeable pads and nozzles. The unit comes with a bent nozzle (1.1 mm), pads in 5 mm and 10 mm diameter, two AAA alkaline batteries for trial use, and an instruction manual.
Application and Operation
The HAKKO 394 is activated by placing the chosen pad close to the surface of the object to be lifted and pressing the button. Suction remains active as long as the button is held; release the button to release the object. The choice of nozzle and pad should be based on the object's size and surface type. Batteries must be inserted correctly (+/-) and can be replaced by removing the cover according to the manual.
Design and Maintenance
- The unit is light (approx. 43 g without batteries) and compact (130 mm × 29 mm × 22 mm without nozzle).
- The materials are stated as ESD-safe.
- To prevent pump failure, dust and foreign objects must not be sucked into the unit.
- Use only recommended battery types; do not mix new and old batteries.
