Speedprint Technology

Speedprint Technology became a division of the Blakell Europlacer Group organisation in September 1998. Previously known as PKT Ltd, which manufactured SMT stencil printers with approval for MPM and SMTech.
When the opportunity to acquire SpeedPrint arose, it was seen as a golden opportunity to expand the group's ability to deliver a wider range of "SMT Automation". At that time, the company had established subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and North America, and had a global sales and service infrastructure that was well-equipped to deliver Speedprint equipment alongside the Europlacer range.

    ii-P7 SCREEN PRINT

    Advanced and maintenance-friendly stencil printer, combining high speed, flexibility, and precision in one solution. With cycle times down to 5 seconds, 1-micron linear encoders, and a repeatability of 20 µm, it ensures stable and consistent printing results. The system is easily integrated into both high-mix and high-volume production and simultaneously supports solder paste dispensing as well as full traceability via barcode solutions.

Europlacer ii-P7 – Præcision, hastighed og maksimal oppetid

Europlacer ii-P7 er en avanceret stencilprinter til SMT-produktion, hvor høj præcision, oppetid og hurtige omstillinger er i fokus. Lineære encodere med 1 µm opløsning sikrer ensartet printkvalitet, mens SmartCal2 automatisk kalibrering og Single Pass stencilrensning bidrager til en stabil og effektiv proces.

Maskinen understøtter automatisk dosering af loddepasta og lim samt sporbarhed via S-Track. Med understøttelse af IPC-CFX og Hermes integreres ii-P7 nemt i moderne SMT-produktionslinjer.

    Speedprint offers the same precise accuracy and speed priority of 12.5 µm at 6-sigma. Both use four fiducials to optimize alignment across the large table area, a factor that is becoming increasingly critical with long PCBs. The machines also have built-in Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) technology for extra process assurance.

    The SP210avi printer is still the smallest printer on the market with the highest level of capacity and quality. In addition, the new model marks the introduction of Speedprint's new 3Dc user interface.
