Speedprint Technology
Speedprint Technology became a division of the Blakell Europlacer Group organisation in September 1998. Previously known as PKT Ltd, which manufactured SMT stencil printers with approval for MPM and SMTech.
When the opportunity to acquire SpeedPrint arose, it was seen as a golden opportunity to expand the group's ability to deliver a wider range of "SMT Automation". At that time, the company had established subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and North America, and had a global sales and service infrastructure that was well-equipped to deliver Speedprint equipment alongside the Europlacer range.
Europlacer ii-P7 – Precision, speed, and maximum uptime
The Europlacer ii-P7 is an advanced stencil printer for SMT production, focusing on high precision, uptime, and quick changeovers. Linear encoders with 1 µm resolution ensure consistent print quality, while SmartCal2 automatic calibration and Single Pass stencil cleaning contribute to a stable and efficient process.
The machine supports automatic dispensing of solder paste and glue, as well as traceability via S-Track. With support for IPC-CFX and Hermes, the ii-P7 integrates easily into modern SMT production lines.
