    SPIDER – Pick & Place

    The SPIDER from Essemtec is a compact high-speed dispenser designed for both standalone and inline integration in SMT production. With up to 150,000 dots/h (piezo jet) and the option of up to 2 valves simultaneously, it ensures high flexibility for many different dispensing applications.

    The system handles PCBs up to 406 x 305 mm, has a very small footprint of approx. 1 m², and supports 3D dispensing via laser height mapping. It is suitable for applications such as solder paste, SMT adhesive, underfill, and encapsulation, and ensures stable precision down to 40 µm.

    TARANTULA from Essemtec is an advanced high-speed dispensing system for demanding SMT production and inline integration. With up to 2,000,000 dots/h in line mode, the possibility of up to 3 valves simultaneously, and multiple valve types, it ensures maximum flexibility for complex dispensing tasks.

    The system handles PCBs up to 560 x 610 mm (larger option available), features 3D dispensing via laser height mapping, and precision down to ±40 µm. It is designed for applications such as solder paste, underfill, and encapsulation, and ensures stable process control and consistent quality in production.
