    The buffer magazine is for balancing PCB flow in FIFO or LIFO buffer mode, it acts as a line splitter in Loader or Unloader mode, or line fusion in Pass Through mode. The magazine can be removed/exchanged at any time.

    MB785 BOARD INVERTER

    The Board Inverter flips a PCB upside down to enable mounting on both sides without manual intervention. A PCB transfer cycle consists of advancement, flip or no-flip, and execution. Up to 10 different board transfer cycles can be stored. The machine is bidirectional and can receive and send PCBs both upstream and downstream.

    This buffer unit is designed to balance different capacities in the system by offering PCB escape options in case of errors or slow PCB flow in the connected systems.

    The shuttle conveyor acts as a link between single-lane and dual-lane production lines. By transferring PCBs sideways on a shuttle, one lane is divided into two, or two lanes are merged into one. The machine consists of a transversal unit and a PCB-carrying shuttle conveyor.

    MB776 BOARD TRANSFER

    The Board Transfer System is an advanced solution for dividing, merging or redirecting production lines by transferring PCBs between them. The machine consists of a transverse unit and a PCB-carrying shuttle conveyor.

  • Electro Design series

    The MB750 Turn Unit receives PCBs from 1, 2 or 3 input sides, to 1, 2 or 3 output sides. PCB advancement / routing is based on prioritized values via the control panel. The output table's routing can also be controlled by external signals such as good/no good PCB or by a barcode reader.

    The MB775 manual gate conveyor allows people to walk through instead of having to go around a complete line. It consists of two conveyor sections, one fixed and one hinged.
