STAUBLI P1/63-S10K
The STAUBLI P1/63-S10K is a connector module for the P1/63 series with crimp termination. It is used to build a robust power connection that can be assembled and disassembled in an industrial installation. The module is supplied unassembled, making it part of the finished connector.
It is designed for conductors of 10 mm², corresponding to 8 AWG, and is rated for 63 A. In practice, this means it is suitable for connections where a relatively high current needs to be transmitted without undue heating. The nominal voltage is 500 V/600 V, and short-circuit data is specified as 1.2 kA for 1 second and 0.85 kA for 3 seconds.
The contact material is brass with silver plating, and the insulation material is PC with UL94-V0 fire rating. This is worth noting in environments where temperature, safety, and reliable contact are important. The operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +125 °C, and the maximum temperature rise is 49 K.
