The STAUBLI 15.5414 is a socket crimp connection for the PerforMore series, designed for 70 mm² conductors. It is used as part of a high-voltage connection in electric drivetrains where requirements for current transmission, safety, and compact design are paramount.
In practice, it is a contact solution for the side of the connection where the cable is terminated with a crimp. PerforMore is a two-pole high-voltage connector family with an Ø 10 mm contact system and Stäubli MULTILAM contact technology. This provides a solution developed to perform stably in demanding environments with vibrations and high temperatures.
For this variant, 70 mm² is the relevant conductor cross-section size. The series also supports 50 and 95 mm², allowing for the selection of the version that suits the specific construction.
