Weller WSB150 soldering bath
The Weller WSB150 is a soldering bath for tasks where components and wires need to be tinned or prepared before further processing. It is a small, heated solder pot that provides a controlled melting zone instead of traditional tip soldering.
Here, it is especially the even temperature and compact design that make the difference. The solder bath operates at 24 V and has a power of 150 W, so it is designed for use with Weller 150 W digital stations and the WR3M. The temperature range is from 66 to 454 °C, and the heating time is approximately 10 minutes from 50 to 350 °C. This makes it suitable for repeatable work in professional production or in the workshop.
The solder bath itself measures 57.9 x 33.0 x 19.0 mm, while the total product dimensions are 175 x 120 x 54 mm. It is stated as ESD-safe and can be used for both leaded and lead-free soldering.
The WSB150 fits well when there is a need to prepare wires or component leads for further soldering, and where a solder bath is more practical than a regular soldering iron.
