Amprobe IR-710 Infrared Thermometer
The Amprobe IR-710 is a handheld infrared thermometer for quick, non-contact temperature measurement. It is used when you want to read the temperature of a surface from a distance, for example, for inspection and troubleshooting in technical and industrial environments.
With a distance-to-spot ratio of 10:1, measurements can be taken relatively close to the object while still avoiding contact. This makes the instrument practical for quickly and safely checking hot components, equipment, or installations. The measurement range is from -18 °C to 380 °C, and a fixed emissivity of 0.95 means the instrument is set to measure many common surfaces with the same fixed value.
The red laser helps to point more precisely at the area being measured, and the backlit dual-LCD display makes reading easier, even in dim light. The MAX/MIN memory makes it easy to see the highest and lowest values during a series of measurements.
