ITECO Sahara DRY 250 L
The ITECO Sahara DRY 250 L is a baking oven for electronics production, where one works with PCBs and SMD components that need to be dried or baked under controlled conditions. The oven has forced ventilation so that the heat is distributed evenly in the chamber, and it is also equipped with humidity control that can keep the relative humidity below 5% RH at 40–100 °C. This makes it suitable for when components must not be exposed to moisture before being used in production.
The temperature range goes from +40 to +280 °C, and control is handled via an electronic PID controller together with a safety thermostat. In practice, this means that the temperature can be controlled stably, while the safety thermostat acts as an extra protection during operation.
To achieve the low humidity, the Sahara DRY requires a supply of dry compressed air in the range of 3–8 atm. The oven has a volume of 250 liters, two included shelves, and up to 14 shelf positions, so there is space to work with multiple items at once.
With external dimensions of 956 x 730 x 1025 mm and a weight of 90 kg, it is a stand-alone oven for a workshop or production area where a fixed and repeatable process is needed for drying and baking electronic components.
