TECHSPRAY 2359-300 Techclean Blue Maintenance Wipe

The Techclean Blue Maintenance Wipe is a cleaning cloth for production and maintenance where a cloth is needed that can absorb well and at the same time release as little lint as possible. It is made as a hydroentangled cloth of cellulose and polyester, providing a robust and even surface suitable for professional use.

The cloth measures 9" x 9" (22.9 cm x 22.9 cm), and this pack contains 300 pieces. It is composed of 55% wood pulp/cellulose and 45% polyester staple. This results in a cloth that Techspray describes as having high absorbency and low chemical extractables. For many users, it is precisely this combination that is important: they want to be able to wipe effectively without leaving unnecessarily much material on the item.

The lint level is low and is stated to meet AMS 3819, Class 1, Grade A. At the same time, no silicone has been detected, and the manufacturer states a shelf life of 5 years. This makes the cloth relevant in work environments where attention is paid to contamination from both fibers and residues from the material itself.

Typical applications

The cloth is typically used in production and maintenance for wiping down components, work surfaces, or equipment, where low linting is an important part of the cleaning requirement.
