The Amprobe LAN-1 Cable Tester is designed to test for breaks, shorts and mis-connected cables, and works with a variety of data cables and connector types. This cable tester provides a quick go/no-go LED indication of the wiring and connections on the cable under test. You can either go through the cable connections one at a time or let the unit automatically cycle through the pin-outs and display the results.
