Fluke Lens/Tele1 telephoto lens for thermal imager
The Fluke Lens/Tele1 is a telephoto lens for infrared thermography. It is used with Fluke Ti32 and TiR32 when there is a need to view and measure temperatures on objects that are further away, or on smaller details, than a standard lens normally covers.
A telephoto lens narrows the field of view, so the camera "zooms in" on a smaller area. This is useful when the distance to the object is a challenge, or when there is a need to better distinguish between small hot spots and surrounding surfaces.
The lens can be changed as needed, so the thermal imager can be adapted to the task. This makes it relevant for work where the same camera needs to be used for both general overview images and more targeted inspection from a distance.
This is an original Fluke part, and it is usually the safe way to go when you want to stay within the camera body and optics for which the equipment is designed.
