Responsible mineral sourcing – importer

As an importer, we assume responsibility for ensuring that our mineral purchases comply with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, as well as EU Regulation 2017/821.

We have established internal due diligence procedures, including risk assessment of suppliers, collection of relevant documentation, and management of identified risks in our supply chain. The purpose is to prevent mineral imports from contributing to the financing of armed groups, human rights abuses, or illegal extraction.

Due diligence is an integral part of our compliance work and is continuously reviewed.

Upon request, we can document our due diligence procedures to relevant authorities and partners.
