Viscom's automatic conformal coating inspection system inspects printed circuit boards to verify the presence of the coating, a flawless surface, and the thickness of the coating layer. The S3088 CCI system has built-in UV LEDs that effectively highlight the contrast between conformal coatings and uncoated areas.
