  • iS6052 SPI 3D AOI

    Advanced 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) system developed for precise and rapid control of solder paste prints in SMT production. The system measures volume, height, area, and position with high accuracy, ensuring early detection of deviations in the printing process. With modern sensor technology and powerful software, the iS6052 supports stable process control, reduces errors, and minimizes rework. The solution is designed for inline operation and high throughput, contributing to improved quality and traceability in electronics production.

  • iS6059 PCB Inspection

    High-speed 3D AOI system developed for efficient inline inspection in high-volume SMT production. The system combines advanced camera technology with precise 3D measurement and ensures reliable detection of soldering defects, component deviations, and placement errors. With a focus on high throughput and stable process control, the iS6059 supports consistent quality and reduces the risk of errors further down the production line. X7056-II – Innovative Inline X-ray System

Combined 3D AOI and AXI inspection system, integrating optical and X-ray-based inspection in one comprehensive inline solution.

The system is designed for efficient inspection of complex PCBs, where both visible and hidden solder joints need to be verified with high precision.

The combination of automated optical inspection and 3D X-ray technology ensures reliable detection of defects such as voids, missing solder, and component deviations. The X7056-II Combo supports high production speed, traceability, and stable process control, and is suitable for electronics manufacturing with high quality requirements.

  • Inspection

    Automatic inspection solutions have been used for many years to ensure consistent product quality and reduce defects. Now, 3D inspection has more or less become standard, opening up many new possibilities for pinpointing errors. From previously being standalone systems, today's Viscom models are able to exchange and process inspection data via a Closed Loop interface with, for example, screen printers and pick-and-place machines, thereby allowing the cause of errors to be better identified and corrected before a trend develops into a costly series of defects.

    S3088 SPI are 3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) models that can be equipped with Dual View, which means there is both traditional 2D imaging and 3D volume inspection.

    S3088 AOI includes several AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) models, from Basic, which is an entry-level model, up to the High-End Ultra Gold model with 121 MP camera technology.

    IS6052 CCI is Viscom's system for automatic inspection of conformal coating (Conformal Coating Inspection). The system ensures reliable inspection of the coating's presence, coverage, and quality, contributing to high process stability and documented quality in electronics production.

    X7056-II is the series of 3D AXI (Automatic X-ray Inspection) and the combination of 3D AXI/3D AOI.
