Returns of stocked material no can only take place when these have been purchased from HIN, are in undamaged condition and in original unbroken packaging.

1. The order number or invoice number must always be provided when returning.
2. Returned material no are subject to a credit fee of 20% of the value (minimum DKK 300).
   (If the order/invoice number is missing, a fee of 25% of the item's value will be calculated, minimum 125 kr.)
3. All shipping costs in connection with returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items returned more than 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted for return.
5. Non-stocked special and stock items cannot be returned.
6. Return orders with a value of less than DKK 500 will not be credited.
